We measure our success by the satisfaction of our customers. Therefore, we not only guarantee all our work and the parts used, but we also guarantee “no hassle” correction should you have any problems.

Haslips Tyres will dismantle, repair or replace any defective parts and reassemble them on your vehicle free of charge, subject to the guarantee conditions. Your guarantees apply from the date of your original purchase and are not transferable. You must retain your original invoice demonstrating proof of purchase.

Tyre Lifetime Guarantee

Haslips’ Tyres will guarantee all tyres sold against manufacturing faults for the life of the tyre, limited to pro-rata replacement calculated on the remaining tread depth. If any new tyre as fitted by Haslips Tyres’ is deemed to have a manufacturer’s fault, we will replace the tyre on a pro rata basis as outlined. For example, if the tyre is 50% worn, you will only pay 50% of the cost of a replacement tyre.

Shock Absorber 24 Month Guarantee

All gas shock absorbers and strut parts are guaranteed for 24 months. If any installed shock absorbers should fail during the guarantee period (either due to a parts malfunction or faulty workmanship) we will replace the part or correct the problem at no charge.

Hydraulic Shock Absorbers 12 Month Guarantee

All hydraulic shock absorbers are guaranteed for 12 months. If any installed shock absorbers should fail during the guarantee period (either due to a parts malfunction or faulty workmanship) we will replace the part or correct the problem at no charge.
Tyre Fitting

Wheel Alignment 90 Day Guarantee

Your Wheel alignment is guaranteed for 90 days, providing all recommended repairs or replacement parts have been undertaken or installed before the wheel alignment was carried out. If the wheel alignment is deemed to be incorrect during the guarantee period we will correct the problem at no charge.

Conditions

The Haslips Tyres’ No Hassle Guarantee covers parts or services listed on the original purchase invoice, and is valid from the date of purchase for the period of the guarantee, subject to the following exclusions:

  1. Haslips Tyres does not guarantee any parts, which have suffered damage due to misuse, accident or any cause including ill-use and improper care beyond the control of Haslips Tyres.

  2. Haslips Tyres does not guarantee any parts that are removed from the vehicle on which they were originally fitted.

  3. Haslips Tyres does not guarantee any goods or service where you have changed your mind, decided you do not like your original purchase or have no use for the good or service.

  4. Haslips Tyres does not guarantee any service where you insisted on having that service carried out in a particular way.


Please keep your original receipt in a safe place since proof of purchase is essential before any work can be carried out under your No Hassle Guarantee.
